Processing Times

  • Custom Name Items: Processing, design, and dispatch can take 7–14 business days (excluding weekends).

  • Phone Cases: Processing can take 3–5 business days.

  • All Other Items: Orders will typically ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived and you have received a tracking number, please contact ajsbeautyllc@gmail.com to initiate an insurance claim investigation.

Please note that all insurance claims must be truthful and accurate. Submitting a fraudulent insurance claim is considered insurance fraud and may result in claim criminal charges, substantial fines of up to $10,000 or more. Penalties vary by jurisdiction and the circumstances of the claim.

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your item, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Refunds

All sales are final for cosmetic or custom items, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

  • You were sent the incorrect item.

In these cases, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a refund or replacement. You must return the item to receive a replacement or refund.
